. It's always nice to discuss start up businesses with new potential tenants at Evans House Business Centre in Warrington. To give some of you budding entrepreneurs an idea as to how this new tenant, Monia's Cakes, negotiated their way into Evans House, we have published below a transcript of the entire meeting: Monia's Cakes: Can we have a unit please? Evans House: What for? Monia's Cakes: We want to create a bakery. Evans House: Cakes or pies? Monia's Cakes: It's in the name, Monia's C...A...K...E...S. Evans House: I see your point, but our tenants on the ground floor want pies and we don't really have the space for you. Monia's Cakes: We'll give you free cake. Evans House: Here are your keys, please feel free to pay rent whenever you like. It's really that simple. As a result of that intense negotiation, we at Evans House Business Centre are now enjoying a free carrot cake (picture above), courtesy of Monia's Cakes. Congrats to your growing business named Monia's Cakes! May I know what are the other pastries, breads or cakes are you offering? I'm sure you'll attract more potential clients by posting your products on the internet. Too bad, we are far, far away from each other, but if I'm given a chance to go somewhere near your place, I will definitely try your goods as it look so mouthwatering! Anyway, God bless and good luck to your business!

Thank you for posting this very informative article. I have been trying to determine when large, flat concrete gravestones were first used in New Orleans cemeteries. I have found two for 1905 burials but I don't know if the stones were laid at the time of burial. They are slab-like with small marble name plaques attached. Have you run across any similar gravestones in your New Orleans research?

I am so very glad to hear this! I hope that Amy also handled things with Kerry and deleted him from his admin duties! Then, he can make a fake profile and try to admin again!
