Brazilian Jiujitsu (BJJ), martial Arts, children’s anti-bullying classes, classes for  men and women, as well as strength and conditioning / personal training and flexibility and recovery such as yoga and physiotherapy.

What did you want to be when you grew up?

A British soldier in the Parachute Regiment
How did you get into running Gracie Barra?

Passion for BJJ that has meant I have competed internationally and have wanted to share this amazing sport with others!
What is your top tip for running a business?

Work hard, follow your passion and treat your students like family! Respect and discipline is the forefront of martial arts, that and pushing yourself to your limits to allow yourself and your team mates to grow!

I used to play Rugby for the County : )
What is your most embarrassing moment?

Falling through a fence head-first!
